Travelling

Fraser Island, Australia
After blogging about Yacht Week, see post here, it inspired me to start posting about my travels as I was lucky enough after university to disappear around the world for several months. I saw some incredible places, met some wonderful people and I want to start sharing them with you. I always love looking at places people have been and if you are planning some travels it might give you inspiration for places to visit!

We organised out trip with STA but then rather cheekily bought out flights through Flight Center, an incredible company. They guarantee to beat any price you have already been offered and you are able to change your flights as many times as you like for free. Perfect for when you are travelling for a long time and aren't that organised. If you are currently planning some adventures I would recommend going through them. We changed our minds all the time, and we only had to email them and they would organise everything. It was completely hassle free and allowed us to visit some amazing places.

On my travels I explored Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and ended in Hong Kong for the rugby sevens. It was an incredible year and I cannot wait to share the photographs with you. I thought I would break it down into different places and keep it quite photo heavy. I won’t start now as it will be a very long post but here are a few snaps to wet your appetite. Keep your eyes peeled for more detailed posts soon!

Buenos Aires, Argentina
San Pedro de Atacama, Chile

Mendoza, Argentina
San Pedro de Atacama, Chile
Floating villages, Cambodia

Glacier Hiking, New Zealand
Milford Sounds, New Zealand
Whitsunday, Australia

Where have you been?

  1. Looks amazing. Sometimes I wish I'd taken a gap year to travel, but I try and make the most of holidays to see new places.

  2. Great discussion is going well. I am a tourist and I have visited all areas that you mention in your blog. From long list of travel experiences I love to visit New Zealand. Wellington zoo was a small zoo perched up on the side of the mountain (like most things in wellington). The kids loved the interactive environments and the rescue of the one legged Kiwi was a highlight for the kids, the way it is being look after. It is most famous and family zoo and also entertain full place especially for kids.
